Did not receive email report

If you set up a scheduled report and did not receive anything there are a few things you might check. If this is the first time receiving the report, check your spam filters or junk email. You may want to add CTReports@comettracker.com into your contacts to make sure it is a trusted address. Another thing you can do is open the Scheduled report job and select to Run Now to verify if there is any data or not. Check “email empty report” to help ensure that the report in fact runs and emails properly with or without data.
