Standard Forms – Form not showing on handset

A common issue with forms not showing on devices is group assignments.  If you cannot see a form that was assigned to a device, try forcing the device to refresh by going into the setup screen and then selecting done, or exiting the app and re-launching it.  Also, check the group settings of the tracking user as well as the group assignments of the form under the forms manager.
