Gaps when running a history

Possible causes include the phone being out of gps coverage. When running a history report, check the box “include non-gps positions” and re-run history report, noting anything reported during the gap times.

Also, check other devices to help determine if the issue is isolated to one device. If data is missing for all devices, the problem might be on the computer side of the Actsoft Cloud and not the device.

An extra troublshooting step would be to add the Created column to the grid.
