Missing form on the device or showing the wrong form?

If you have created or made changes to a form, fields or dropdowns and are not seeing the updates on the device, the device needs to refresh its settings.
Most devices are typically set to do this every 4 hours automatically, but to force an instant refresh, there are several ways to accomplish this:
1. Perform a Setup and Done procedure by selecting the Setup button and then selecting the Done button at the account number and user number.
2. Exit the mComet App and re-launch it.
3. Power cycle the device by turning it off or pulling the battery out and then turning the device back on.
