My Tracking User is Not Showing Up

If a tracking user is supposed to be assigned to a group, but is not displaying, verify the system user has permissions to that group by selecting the group and viewing the properties.

Also, check that Tracking User is not set to hidden or has for some reason been disabled.

Current tracking does not affect a user’s ability to be assigned to a group or display restrictions.
