If another user cannot log in or is having password issues, you can reset their password for them as long as you have the same level security or higher. Once the password has been reset, the user can then change it again by going to Admin, My Account, and selecting Change Password.

If an Administrator has forgotten his/her password then you can call in to actsoft and we can reset it to a Default password.
