Report says no data

If there is no data in a report, there are a few things you might check. First, check any filters that were added to the report such as users and time frame, and broaden the search to see if there really is no data for those original parameters.
If the issue is with missing tracking data, you can verify by running a GPS history to see more detail about what was happening during a certain timeframe. Finally, the Actsoft Cloud typically only stores data for 2 weeks on customers using a client application in conjunction with CometEZ. If you suspect this is the issue, contact Actsoft’s support team to increase the time frame to one year at no charge.
