You Cannot Log In

If you cannot login, there are two ways to recover or reset your password to regain access. First, you can recover your password by following the “Forgot Password” steps on the login page. This is the only way to recover an existing password.

You can also reset your existing password to a new one. Either Actsoft Customer Support or another user with equal or higher security settings can change your password, but they both cannot recover your existing one.
